1. The
Adea Wereda health office invites contractors of category Gc/ Bc
class 6 and above who have registration certificate and licenses
valid year 2000 from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary
labour material equipment and services for the constructions and
completion of health center in the Wereda Bekejo kebele.
2. The
bid documents shall be available from the office against payment of
a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 during office hours upon
presentation of copy of registration certificate, renewed license
and VAT registration certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of
Wereda Finance and Economic Development Office Tel. 011-433 82 92,
0911-36 27 63 OR 0911-79 86 16.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security 1 percent of the project
estimate in cash or C.P.O.
5. Bid
shall be submitted in one Original and one copy with financial offer
in sealed envelopes intending bid bond in a separate envelope
together. Failure to do this will result in automatic rejection.
6. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose
on or before 6:00 A.M. local time on the 31st day of the
bid starting from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders and or their
representatives who wish to attend on the same time at 9:00 P.M. local time.
8. The
offer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
