1. The
Amhara Rural Roads Authority /ARRA/ invites all eligible bidders to
submit bid offer for the DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TENDER
DOCUMENT PREPARATION OF AHMED BESHIR BRIDGE which is located in
North Shewa Zone of the Amhara National Regional state.
2. Interested
bidders in category 3 and above with valid license for the current
Ethiopian budget year can obtain in a complete set of bidding
document from Amhara Rural Roads Authority, Bahir Dar, upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00.
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate of Value Added Tax /VAT/
registration and Taxpayer Identification Number /TIN/.
4. For
each project duplicate copies of Bid offer with separate Technical
Qualification Document and Financial Proposal Document in wax-sealed
envelopes, labeled as Original and Copy shall be placed in the bid
box along with a bid security in an acceptable from amounting nor
less than 1% of bid offer on or before the closing date January 29,
2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the Amhara Rural Roads Authority Contract
Administration Division, Bahir Dar.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the premises of ARRA.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
