PART ONE
1. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested and
eligible bidders for the Supply of different types of Guarage &
Workshop Equipments.
2. The
bid document shall be obtained from Supply Department against
payment of a non-refundable Birr 100 (Hundred Birr) during office
hours.
3. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee or C.P.O.
4. Bids
should be prepared in two separate envelopes (Technical & Financial
proposal).
5. Bid
Bond should be submitted within the Envelope of Technical Proposal.
6. Offers
for partial items shall be also accepted.
7. All
Bid Documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before
January 31, 2008 at 9:30 A.M.
8. Bid
will be opened on January 31, 2008 at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
9. Late
arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
10. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
