PART I NOTICE TO BIDDERS
1. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise is interested in
procurement of goods. for which this Invitation for Bids is issued.
2. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise now invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Lot -1
Desk Top Computers
Laptop Computers
Printers
Scanner and UPS
Lot -2 Office furniture
3. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
bidders from the stated address and upon payment of non-refundable
fee of 50.00 Birr for each tender.
4. The
Bidder or his representatives is advised to attend a pre-tender
meeting on January 16, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on February 6, 2008 at 10:00
A.M. and must be accompanied by 2% security bid bond.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives
who choose to attend, February 6, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Conference Room.
7. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise reserves the right to
accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
