1. Somali
Rural Roads Authority (SRRA) invites all eligible consultants of
category four & above with pertinent registration and license from
Ministry of works & Urban Development for, 2000 fiscal year,
registered for VAT, recent tax clearance from Respective revenue
Authority to submit the qualification information and bid offer to
under take the DETAIL DESIGN & TENDER DOCUMENT PREPARATION
for CHARATI-G/BAQAQSA-G/DHAMOLE & FILTU-DAWA RIVER-MOYALE-ROAD
PROJECTS Located in Somali Regional State, Afder & Liaban (zone
respectively).
2. A
Complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder on submission of a written application to SRRA.
Head office addressed below upon submission of non-refundable
fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) only for each projects.
3. One
Original and Three photocopies of functional proposal (bid offer)
and Technical proposal (Qualification information) shall be project
I deferent wax-sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPY,
separately for both and must be placed in the bid along with a
bid security in an acceptable form bank amounting to 1% of bid offer
on the 11th from the publishing date of this invitation
at the same address below.
4. Qualification
information will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
authorized representatives who choose to attend after 10 days
from the announcement date at
10:30 A.M.
at same address.
5. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
