INVITATION FOR BID
Centers for
International Programs, Inc. (CIP), Columbia University (CU),
International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP), a
U.S.-based NGO, hereby invites interested and potential
organizations to submit their sealed bids for the events (Trainings,
Workshops, Meetings, Seminars, etc) organizing service on a
sub-contact basis.
The complete set
of bid document and terms of reference can be collected at the
ICAP-Ethiopia Head Office in Addis Ababa, the address which is
listed below, beginning July 10, 2008.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and be delivered to:

Envelopes for Technical Proposals received will be opened at 3:00
P.M. on July 22 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Envelopes for Financial will not be opened until after evaluation of
the Technical Proposals.

stated bidders may obtain further information from Finance &
Administration Director using the address stated above.
