Re Bid for Purchase of Building

1. Marie
Stopes International Ethiopia would like to purchase a building for
office purpose in Addis Ababa.
2. The
Building shall fulfill the following requirements to be considered
at the time of bid evaluation:
a)
Ground + 4 and each floor area at least 200M2
b)
Parking area to accommodate at least 20 vehicles,
c)
Building has to be with 3 phase electric installation,
d)
Certificate of ownership/ title dead,
e)
Free from any third party claims or secure consent of the
claimant for the sale,
f)
Location shall preferably be in Bole, Yeka, or Kirkos sub
city,
g)
Access to main roads and easily accessible to Marie Stopes
employees and customers,
3. Interested
bidders who have buildings which meet the above requirements may
send their sealed quotations marked “BID FOR SALE OF BUILDING” with
all the necessary details as specified under 2(a-g) above, including
name and contact address of the owner, total plot area, functional
area of each and all floor areas (sq.mts), parking area (sq.mts),
facilities available (lifter, guard house, water tanker, etc),
possible hand over date, whether it is portioned or not, photo of
the building, copy of ownership certificate and accompanied with bid
security of 0.05% of the bid amount in the form of CPO or
unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 4 months.
4. Bids
must be valid for at least 3 months from bid opening date.
5. Bids
will be closed and opened on the 15th day at 10:00 AM and
10:30 AM respectively, from the date of first issuance of this advertisement. If
the date falls on weekends the following working day applies.

7. Marie
Stopes International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject the bids.
