Invitation to bid for Consultancy
Service
1. The
Tendaho Housing Development Project Office invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders of consulting Architects and Engineers of category
2 and above with the renewed license and tax registration for the
year 2000 E.C. Besides, they should be registered to pay Value Added
Tax (VAT).
2. The
project is Finchaa Sugar Factory expansion Housing Development
Project quality control and supervision work of buildings and
infrastructure works.
3. Interested
bidder may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 50.00 from the address below.
4. Interested
eligible bidder may obtain further information from Ministry of
Works and Urban Development Room No. 505.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount
in cash or CPO.
6. All
bids must be delivered to the Tendaho Housing Development Project
Office Addis Ababa Desk Office located at Room No. 505, 5th
floor or Ministry of Works and Urban Development Building before
August 11, 2008 at 5:00 P.M.
7. The
offer should be valid for 90 days form the bid date.
8. The
bids will be opened Aug. 12, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in
the presence of bidders or their representatives at Addis Ababa Desk
Office.
9. The
Tendaho Housing Development Project Office reserves the right to
accept or reject all or part of the bid.
