assembling and commissioning of office equipments. Procurement

1. The
Textile and Apparel Industry Institute Project, Addis Ababa, invites
sealed bid from National reputed bidders for supply of Office
equipment (Computer, Printers, TV, Video Camera, Projectors etc).
2. Bidding
will be considered in accordance with the open National tendering
procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the
Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is
opened to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Textile and
Apparel Industry Institute Project and inspect the bidding documents
at the address given below at 6(a) in working hours from the date of
announcement.
4. Interested
Bidders may purchase the bidding documents from the address given
below at 6(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300. The
method of payment will be in cash.
5. Bid
must be delivered to the address given below at 6(b) at or before
12L00 A.M. local time on August 14, 2008. The bid must be
accompanied by a bid security 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) Birr. The bid
will be opened in the presence of the bidders Legal representatives.
The bid opening address will be as method in 6(b) at 2:00 P.M. local time on August 14, 2008.
