Re-Invitation to Bid
1. The
Amhara Rural Roads Authority (ARRA) invites interested, and eligible
bidders for the supply of:

2. Interested
bidders may purchase complete set of the tender document, against
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) from the
office of ARRA, Bahir Dar, Room No. 109 during the official working
hours.
3. Bidders
shall submit relevant renewed trade license, VAT registration
certificate, taxpayer identification certificate and tax clearance
certificate.
4. Bidders
could participate for one or more lots but the items in the lot
shall not be partial.
5. Separately
sealed technical and financial bid documents, a bid bond of not less
than 1% of the total bid price in a form of CPO, unconditional bank
guarantee or cash and eligibility certificates shall be delivered to
the office of ARRA Bahir Dar Room No. 109 on or before August 12,
2008 at 2:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend at the conference Room of ARRA
at 2:30 P.M. on the date of bid closing specified above.
7. ARRA
reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
