Tender for Procurement of Magnetic
Contractor
With Auxiliary Relay / Electrical and Mechanical
Interlock 600 AMPS
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) Transport Network Service ISBU/
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Two
Magnetic Contractors.
1. The
tender remains floating from July 22, 2008 to August 19, 2008. Bid
documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207 during
office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty
Birr). Bidders should submit their entire relevant renewed original
license, VAT certificate & their copies when they come to obtain the
bid document.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, security Birr 5,000 (Five
Thousand only).
3.
The bid bond must be in either of the following form
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our finance office 3rd floor office No.311
before 9:30 A.M. August 20, 2008 and produce the receipt during the
bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head Office 1st floor Room No.
110 on or before August 19, 2008 up to 5:30 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 10:00 A.M. on August 20, 2008 at ETC’s Head
Office Room No. 111.
7. Partial
Bid is not allowed
8. The
corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
