Invitation to Tender for the
Alleviation Measures of
General sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) and
HIV/AIDS
1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ethiopian Roads Authority,
has allocated sufficient budget towards the cost of Ziway-Butajira
Road Project and intends to apply a portion of this proceed to
payment under the contract for the implementation of the services of
General Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) and (HIV/AIDS)
Alleviation Measures on the project site;
2. Sunshine
Construction P.L.C., the Contractor of the project, intends to
sub-contract the works and now invites who are eligible and licensed
to submit their tenders to provide the services of STD and
(HIV/AIDS) Alleviation Measures on the project site;
3. Ziway-Butajira Road runs from
Ziway Town, in South Shewa Zone of
Oromia, to the West to Butajira Town of Guarage Zone.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document against non
refundable payment of ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Only) during office
hours effective as of July 15, 2008
5. Bidders
shall submit two envelopes, “Qualification Application” and ‘Bid’
separately in other envelope and should be sealed in an outer
envelope.
6. Evaluation
is to be carried out in tow stages, Qualification Document first and
Bids of qualified bidders next.
7. Bid
documents must be delivered to the address below on or before August
19, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. and opened at 10:30 A.M. on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend.
