2. A
complete set of bidding document many be purchased from the above
office by any interested and eligible bidder that specify the lot
number and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One
Hundred Birr) per lot.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total price
in the form of CPO or ACCEPTABLE BANK GUARANTEE (insurance bond is
not acceptable) and must be delivered to the above office on or
before 10:00 A.M. on the bid opening date.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend the bid opening at’ 10:30 AM after thirty (30)
days from the date of announcement on the Newspaper. If the date
falls on holiday the opening date will be postponed to the next
working date.
5. A
sealed original and copy offer documents with indication Original &
Copy written on the envelopes.
6. Bidders
should present 2000 renewed Trade License, relevant to this Tender.
7. All
bidders should be VAT registered.
8. The
enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
bids.
