Not later than
August 29, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. The bids received shall be publicly opened on
August 30, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time at the office of Procurement & Supply Department,
Addis Ababa.
Bid bond
amounting to 2% of the bid price in the form of Certified cheque,
CPO or Bank Guarantee must be submitted along with your technical
offer.
Bid price shall
be valid for 120 days from the date of Bid opening.
Please note that
if your offer is accepted and you are declared winner, you will be
required to furnish Performance Bond amounting to 10% of the total
Bid price.
You are required
to submit separate wax-sealed “Technical” and “Financial” offer in
one Original and one Copy. Failure to company with above
requirements is subject to disqualification.
