1. The
Haramaya University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the deign, Supervision and Contract Administration for the
construction of underground electric distribution network within
Harmaya University.

2. Bidders
are required to submit valid registration from the Ministry of
Infrastructure & the concerned Trade Bureau for the year in which
the bid is issued. The category of registration is 4 and above.
3. Bidding
documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the Haramaya
University Addis Ababa Liaison office, General Education Curriculum
Framework Development Department, Building Office No. 355, in front
of American Embassy; for a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr
100.00 (Ethiopian Birr One Hundred) for each set. Bidding document
may also be purchase from the Purchasing and sales department Office
at Harmaya University main campus.
4. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and must be
accompanied by a bid security of Br. 15,000.00 and shall be
delivered to the aforementioned addresses on or before 11:00 A.M. on August 21, 2008 at which time
they will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders
representatives who wish to attend. |
