TENDER INVITATION FOR SUPPLY OF
GASOIL AND JET A-1
The Ethiopian
Petroleum Enterprise invites sealed bids from interested bidders for
the supply of Jet A-1 and Gas Oil.
A complete set
of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidder from
the Enterprise’s Head Office Room No.206 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) for bidding
document.
Bids in a sealed
envelope may be deposited in a box prepared for this purpose in Room
No. 206 at the Enterprise’s Head Office or may be sent by registered
mail to “Ethiopian Petroleum
Enterprise P.O. Box 3375 Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia” so as to reach
not later than August 15,
2008 at 14:00 hours local time.
Bids directly received by fax,
E-mail or cable shall be rejected.
The bids
received shall be opened on August 15, 2008 at 14:00 hours local
time at the conference hall of the Enterprise in the presence of
interested bidders or their duly authorized representatives.
The Enterprise
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without
assigning any reasons thereof.
