1. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested and
eligible bidders for the Supply of different kinds of Farm tools.
2. The
bid document shall be obtained from Supply Departement against
payment a non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) during
office hours upon presentation of registration certificate and
renewed trade license.
3. Bidders
must be expected to present renewed trade license and taxes
registration certificates.
4. Bid
must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee or C.P.O. or Cash.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in two separated sealed envelopes i.e. one is
Technical and other financial proposal.
6. Bid
Bond should be in the separate envelope and submitted in the tender
box together with technical envelope.
7. Bid
Documents shall be submitted before on or August 14, 2008 at 10:00
A.M. local time in Supply Department Office located in the former
amalgamated Building (Beklobet).
8. All
bids proposal must be submitted in the tender box on before 10:00
A.M. local time on August 14, 2008.
9. Each
pages of the bid documents shall be signed and stamped.
10. Bid
will be opened on August 14, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the
CPDE conference hall.
11. Late
arrival of bids will be subjected to rejection.
12. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right either to
accept or to reject the whole or part or bids.
