1. The
Mekelle City Water Supply & Sewerage Service has allocated a budget
form its internal source for the procurement of:

2. Bidders
are required to submit copies of their business license, VAT
registration certificate and TIN certificate renewed for the current
fiscal year.
3. The
Bid Validity shall be for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days
after Bid opening.
4. Bidders
should provide one “Original” and their Copies of “Technical” and
“Financial” documents separately.
5. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of written application to the address
below up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 form the
Office Room No.16.
6. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price
in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee issued through a reputable
bank and incorporate your bid bond on original Technical document
part.
7. Bidders
shall deliver their bid documents to address below before or on, the
46th day from the first announcement of the bid on The
Ethiopian Herald at 4:00 P.M. it will be opened in the same date at
4:30 P.M. in presence of the bidders/their representatives who wish
to attend. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted.
8. Electronic
bidding will not be permitted, late bids will be rejected.
9. Any
clarification from bidders should come ten (10) days prior to the
bid opening date.
10. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
