1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a
Credit from the International Development Association
toward the cost of Public Sector Capacity Building Project
(PSCAP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this
credit to payments under the contract for procurement of IT
Equipments.
2. The
Oromia Bureau of Capacity Building invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of:

3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is
open to all bidders form eligible source countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia
Bureau of Capacity Building and inspect the bidding documents at
the address give below at 7 (a) from in the morning form 09:00
A.M. to 12:00 A.M. (local time) and in the after noon from 02:00
P.M. to 5:30 P.M. (local time).
5. A
complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased
by interested bidders at the address below at 7(a) and upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100 (Hundred Birr).
The method of payment will be Cash payment Order (CPO). The
document will be Cash payment Order (CPO). The document will
be cash on Site. Liability will be accepted for loss or late
delivery.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (a) at or before
6th August 2008 at
03;00 P.M. (local time). All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 24,000 (Twenty Four Birr).
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 6th,
August 2008 at 03:30
P.M. (Local time).
