INVITATION TO BIDS FOR SUPPLY OF
PLASMA
TELEVISIONS
1. The
Oromia Regional State Education Bureau intends to procure Plasma
Television using Government Budget. Hence, the Bureau hereby invites
all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of Plasma
Television as described in the following Tender No.
Tender No. OEB/BI/ICB-06/2008, Supply
of
Plasma Television (3rd Round)
2. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office of
Oromia Education Bureau, Room No. 47, Tel. 0114407650, Addis Ababa
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150 from the first
publication of this notice on The Ethiopian Herald from 8:30 A.M. to
12:30 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday to
Friday.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a Bid Bond equivalent to Birr 100,000.00 in
the currency of the bid in the form of CPO or a Bank Guarantee
issued by a Foreign Bank & counter guaranteed by any Bank in
Ethiopia.
4. Bids
should be received on or before September 3, 2008 before or at 10:00
A.M. and bids will be opened on the same date at
10:30 A.M. at the place indicated in
2 above.
5. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
