are obtainable from the commercial department of the company during
office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 /One
Hundred Birr Only/ starting from the date of this notice.
All bid must be
accompanied by a bid security of 1% Bid Bond before or on the
closing date in the form of a Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO) or Cash
at the bidder option. Bidders should submit their offers in
wax-sealed and technical specification in a separate envelopes to
the company before or on August 19, 2008 10:00 A.M. Addressed as
