1. Bid
documents can be obtained from the Administration and Finance
department Room No. 619 during office hours against a non-refundable
payment of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) for each document from the date of
the date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. Bidders
should submitted by a bid security in acceptable form of CPO or Bank
Guarantee or in cash amounting 1% of the total bid amount must be
submitted accompanied by bid documents.
3. Bidders
should submit renewed trade license for the year 2000 E.C, VAT
registration certificate and registration certificate from Ministry
of Finance & Economic development.
4. Bidders
can give their price for the whole or part of the quantities
specified above.
5. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Housing Development Project
office Procurement and Supply department Room No. 621 on or before
August 4/2008 at 4:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened on August 5/2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
