1. The
Amhara National Democratic Movement (ANDM) invites all eligible
contractors of category GC/BC 1 who would be financially and
technically capable to furnish the necessary labor material and
equipment to under take the construction of G+4 office building &
G+1 conference hall at Bahirdar.
2. Interested
bidder should have:
VAT Registration Certificate
Renewed License for 2000 E.C.
Renewed registration certificate form the MoWUD
Tax clearance certificate from Inland Revenue authority.
3. The
Bid document & the pre-qualification document can be purchased as of
from Ultimate Plan PLC, consulting Architects & Engineers Office or
ANDM head office upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian
Birr 345 (Three Hundred Forty Five Birr only).
4. Interested
eligible contractors may obtain further information and inspect the
bid document & the pre-qualification document at the office of:

5. The
bid document & the pre-qualification document should be submitted in
one original and two copy in separate envelope marking original &
copy.
6. The
bid shall be accompanied by Bid security of 1% of the bid amount not
greater than 100,000.00 Birr in an acceptable form of Bank
guarantee/CPO and must be addressed to Amhara National Democratic
Movement.
7. The
Bid must be submitted to the Ultimate Plan PLC consulting Architects
& Engineers office or Amhara National Democratic Movement office or
on before 21st day of this notice up to 10:00 A.M.
8. The
bid will be opened on the fifths day after submission date of bid at
10:30 A.M. at the office of the Amhara National Democratic Movement
in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Bahirdar.
9. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
