Re-Invitation for Bid
The Ethiopian
Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) invites all interested eligible
bidders for printing:

1. The
bidding tender is open to all interested eligible bidders in
accordance with the national tendering procedures contained in the
public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of
Ethiopia.
2. Eligible
bidders who are VAT registration and has currency renewed license
can purchase the bid document against a non-refundable fee of Birr
30 (Thirty Birr) to participate.
3. The
bid document is available at the Piassa Local Purchase starting from
June 10, 2008.
4.
Successful or qualified eligible bidders should deliver a
complete set of printing out puts within one month.
5. Partial
Bids is not allowed.
6. Bidders
shall furnish types of printing machinerys for the purpose
supported by documents and capital in cash.
7. Bidders
shall furnish a bid guarantee or security an amount of Birr 10,000
(Ten Thousand Birr) in certified check (CPO) issued by a recognized
Bank.
8. Bidders
may obtain further information by calling on; 011-1-55 08 11 Or 55
08 12 Ext. 269 Or 270.
9. The
bid documents must be delivered on July 10, 2008 to the local
procurement Division of EEPCO until 2:00 PM local time. The bid will
be opened on the same day at 2:30 P.M. local time in the presence of
either bidders of their official representatives at the Ethiopian
Electric Power Corporation, Head Office, De Gaulle Square Local
Procurement Division.
10. Samples
are available at the Corporate Relations of EEPCO De Gaulle Square.
11. EEPCO
reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
