Invitation to Bid for Car Rental
Service Agreement
Bid
1. GOAL
Ethiopia, an International Humanitarian Organization, invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for vehicle rental service agreement for
a period of six months with possibility of extension for a further
six month.
2. Bidders
may obtain bidding documents during office hours starting from the
first day this notice appeared in The Ethiopian Herald news paper
against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
3. Wax-sealed
and stamped bids must be delivered to GOAL Ethiopia office on or
before 10:00 A.M. 20th June 2008. Late bids shall be
rejected.
4. Bids
must be submitted along with Birr. 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) bid
security in the form of Cash Payment Order (CPO).
5. Bids
will be opened in the presence of Bidders/representatives, who
choose to attend at the address indicated below on June 20, 2008 at
10:30 A.M.

6. Bidders
are required to attach Renewed License, Business Profile and List of
Organizations they serves so far.
7. GOAD
Ethiopia reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
