Addis Ababa
Housing Development Project (AAHDPO) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of 50,000 Ton OPC Cement.
1. Interested
Bidders with license valid for the year 2000 E.C. from Ministry of
Trade and Industry, VAT registered and having tax payer registration
certificate.
2. The
bid document is available from Administration and Finance Department
Room No. 619 during office hours against a non-refundable payment
Birr 100.
3. Foreign
currency is already secured by the AAHDPO.
4. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% in an acceptable form of
Bank guarantee or CPO of the total bid.
5. The
bid document should be submitted to the above address on or before
June 25, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who wish to attend on the same date at
3:00 P.M. in AAHDPO head office.
6. The
Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all bid.
