contractors of category GC/BC 7 and above with license valid for
year 2000 E.C.
1. Arsi
Bale Rural Development Project Office (ABRDP), on behalf of the four
Woredas listed below, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the construction of micro initiative projects (Primary Schools,
Health Posts) at Dellomena, Guradhamole, Berbere, and Goro Woredas
of Bale Zone.
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased on submission of
written application against a payment of non-refundable birr 100
from ABRDP Branch Office in Bale(Robe) during working hours and
days.
3. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% in the form of CPO.
4. All
eligibility certificates renewed for the year, VAT registration, Tax
payer registration and clearance given by Oromia Economics and
Finance Bureau, must be delivered during registration original with
their copies.
5. Bids
shall be submitted in one original, two copies and one copy of
companies profile and experience with each separately wax-sealed and
submitted all in a one compiled envelope labeled with the name of
woreda to tender for.
6. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared at ABRDP Branch
Office in Bale (Robe) before 12:00 P.M. on the 23rd of
June 2008.
7. Bid
will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidder or their
representatives at 2:00 P.M. on the 23rd of June 2008.
8. ABRDP
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Failure to
comply any of the condition written above will result in
automatically rejection.
