Instructions of the Bid
1. Somali
Regional State Legislative Council Office invite for those bidders
name listed on the invitation letter of the consultancy service of
office design
2. Bidders
may participate on SRS-Legislative Head Quarter Office design.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased starting from the
date of announcement upon payment of non-refundable fee of birr 200
(Two Hundred) from Administration section.
4. All
bids must accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the
total amount.
5. Bidders
will be responsible for submitting their bids within 10 days at
10:00 AM to finance and administration office of Legislative
Council.
6. Bidders
will be responsible for delivering wax-sealed technical and
financial documents on or before the above stated deadline.
7. Bid
closing and opened at 10:00 AM on at SRS-Legislative Office in the
presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.
8. Winner
of the bidder have to sing an agreement within 5 consecutive days
after letter of declaration given.
9. Any
payment will not become effective unless tender committee approved
against specification that each number of equipment submitted by
winner of the bidder.
10. The
Legislative Office of SRS reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
11. Invites
bidders may obtain information from and inspect bidding documents at
Legislatives Office of SRS Administration Office.
