1. Ethiopian
Airports Enterprise invites eligible suppliers to supply and install
Roller shutter doors and Emergency exit door handles for Addis Ababa
Bole International Airport.
Therefore, the Enterprise invites eligible suppliers who have VAT
registration evidence, renewed trade license for the fiscal year
2000E.C. and Registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and
Economic Development for which they are registered on suppliers
list.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Hundred
Birr) from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise, Head Office, Finance
Service, Cahier Office Near Gerji Customs Office.
3. Interested
bidders may obtain further information from the Enterprise’s
Purchasing Section.

4. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing an original and a copy of technical and
Financial documents should be delivered to the same office on or
before July 4, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Late bids will be rejected.
5. The
Offer envelopes shall be submitted as follows:
5.1
The original and a copy of the technical document shall be
sealed in separate envelopes and marked “Original Technical
Document” and “Copy of Offer Document” respectively.
5.2
The Bid Security shall sealed in a separate envelope marked
“Bid Security”
5.3
The envelopes in 5.1 and 5.2 shall then be sealed in an outer
envelope marked “Technical Document”.
6. The
qualification envelopes shall be submitted as follows: The original
and a copy of the Financial document shall be sealed in separate
envelopes and marked “Original Financial Document” and “Copy of
Financial Document” respectively. The envelopes shall then be sealed
in an outer envelope marked “Financial Document”.
7. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr
5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) payable on first demand addressed to
the employer.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at Ethiopian Airports Enterprise head office
conference room at 10:15 A.M.
9. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
all bids.
