4. Complete
set of bidding document can be purchased form the above office upon
presentation of 2000 E.C. renewed relevant license, registration
certificate issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development, VAT and Tax payer registration certificate together
with written application and upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 200 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr only).
5. Bids
accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the total price
must be submitted to the above office in the form of CPO or Bank
Guarantee (Insurance bond is not acceptable) issued from recognized
bank on/or before 12:00 A.M. 15 July 2008.
6. Bids
will be opened at the presence of bidders/representatives for lot 1
after 15 days from the date of announcement and for Lot 2 after 25
days from the date of announcement at 2:00 P.M. at GTWSSS, First
Floor, Room Number 6.
7. GTWSSS
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
