The WATER
WORKS CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for Supply of Nissan CWB450 HDLP Dump Truck Leaf Spring with
the following type & quantity.
1.
1st Leaf Spring Fomt 50 Qty.
2.
2nd Leaf Spring Fomt 50 Qty.
3.
3rd Leaf Spring Fomt 40 Qty.
4.
4th Leaf Spring Fomt 30 Qty.
5.
5th Leaf Spring Fomt 15 Qty.
1. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Procurement Service of WWCE Head
Quarter located in Gurd Shola or near Ararat Hotel, during the
normal working hours.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders, upon presentation of copies of renewed trade license, VAT &
tax payer’s registration certificate, receipt for tax payment or
recommendation letter from Inland Revenue Authority for the year
2000 E.C. and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50
including VAT.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O. or certified
check.
4. Bids
must be delivered in person WWCE in wax-sealed envelope with a
statement “NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE JUNE 27/2008” marked on
the envelope.
Bids will be closed on 26 June 2008 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be opened at 9:30 A.M. local time on 27 June
2008 at Conference Hall of WWCE.
5. The
WWCE reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
