office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 75 (Seventy
Five Birr Only) starting from the date of this notice. All bid must
be accompanied by a bid security of 1% Bid Bond before on the
closing date in eth form of a Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO) or Cash
at the bidder option. Bidders should submit their offers in
wax-sealed and technical specification in a separate envelopes to
