INVITATION FOR CONSULTANT ENGINEER
SERVICES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
HEALTH FACILITY ASSESSMENT AND RENOVATION
As par of the
Federal Ministry of Health’s expansion of health facilities plan,
combined with the US Government’s assistance to fight HIV/AIDS,
there is a requirement to upgrade current health facilities to
enable the treatment of chronic diseases, to be made available to
the general public.
Crown Agents is
seeking an Engineering Consultant company of category 3 and above,
to provide the following services, to support the overall assessment
of facilities and the supervision of design and renovation works:
SCOPE OF WORK
FOR CONSULTANT
Assist in the identification and
selection of Architect & Engineering firms to conduct assessments
and the design of renovation works.
Review the assessment findings and
preliminary designs presented by the selected A & E firms.
Review and approve the preliminary
design, quantities and cost estimates for renovation, Provided by
the selected A & E firms.
Provide construction supervision
oversight, including Provisional Acceptance Inspections.
Review and approval of contractors
payment certificates, on behalf of the Client.
Claim analysis and review on behalf
of the Client.
Interested
parties shall obtain STANDARD FORM 330 from the Crown Agents’ office
at the address below. Interested Bidders shall also provide Resumes
for each nominated professional, and Copies of Relevant Professional
Certificates, Licenses and Qualifications.
The basis for
evaluation will be in accordance with US Government procurement
regulations (FARM Title 48).
All expressions
of interested are to be submitted as TWO ORIGINALS AND ONE COPY in
sealed and signed envelopes by 1:00 P.M. afternoon
