TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER IT EQUIPMENT
AND ACCESSORIES
THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF
ETHIOPIA PRIVATIZATION AND PUBLIC
ENTERPRISES SUPERVISING AGENCY
(PPESA)
The Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant
from the African Development Fund, hereinafter referred to as the
“ADF”, in various currencies towards the Privatization Technical
Assistance Project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of
this grant to eligible payments for the purchase of IT related hard
and software.
The
Privatization and Public Enterprises Supervising agency (PPESA),
acting as duly representatives of the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, now invites sealed bids from
eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of computer and
accessories.
Interested
bidders from eligible source countries are herewith invited to
purchase the complete set of bidding documents from the address
given below from 9:00 hours up to 17:00 hours local time on local
working days upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300(Birr Three
Hundred Only):

Bids must be
delivered to the above office on or before 16:00 hours local time on
the 7th of July 2008 and must be accompanied by a bid
security of Birr 5,000 (Birr Five Thousand only).
Bidders should
attach copies of a valid and renewed trade license and a certificate
of registration from the Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives
who choose to attend on the 7th of July 2008 at 16:30
hours in Conference Hall of PPESA, Room No. 509, 5th
Floor on the Bole Road.
The PPESA
reserves the right to accept or reject part or any bid, and to annul
the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to
contract award. |
