Request for Technical and Financial
Proposal of Consultants firms
The Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FEDRE), through the
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MoARD) has recived a
Loan from The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)
towards the cost of Agricultural Marketing Improvement Programme. It
is intended that party of the proceeds of this loan will be applied
to eligible payments under the contract for Consultancy Service for
the Design of Monitoring Evaluation System.
The MOARD now invites
consultants in providing the
service.
Interested consultants must provide
information indicating that they are qualified to perform the
services (description of similar assignment, experience of the key
personnel’s in similar services with their CVs, etc).
A consultant will be selected in
accordance with the procedures set out by rules and regulations of
IFAD.
Description of the assignment (Terms
of Reference-TOR) and bidding document can be obtained from the
office below.
Interested eligible consulting firms
can submit their financial and technical proposal in a separate
envelope Renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT
Registration Certificate & Certificate of Registration from THE
MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. To the address below
on or before July 24, 2008 at 3:00 A.M.
The Ministry of
Agriculture & Rural Development reserves the rights to accept or
reject any or all bids.
