Invitation for Re-Bid
1. Dilla Town water supply service has
funds within the employer budget to invites wax-sealed bids from
eligible consultants to implement of:
TO DEVELOP A BUSINESS PLAN within
3 months.
Therefore
interested eligible bidders with a license valid for 2000 E.C. can
purchase complete set of bidding documents written in English on
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 for each document after
this announcement from Dialla Town water supply service office
number 4.
2. Interested
bidders should submitt their sealed bids (one original & one copy)
to Dilla Town water supply service.
3. Bidding
will be conduct in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the public procurement regulation of SNNPRS.
4. The
bid security (1% of total amount) Shall be payable on demand to the
water supply service and must be Unconditional Bank Guarantee or a
certified payment order (CPO) at the bidders option.
5. Bid
will be closed on Twenty-First calendar days from the day of
announcement at local 9:00 A.M. and opened on the same day in the
presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
local time of 10:00 A.M. at Dilla Town Water Supply Service (if
holiday or weekend day, it will be the next weekend day)
6. Dilla
Town Water Supply reserves the right to reject or accept any or all
bid with out giving any reason thereof.
