Development Programme UNDP Ethiopia, would like to sale the
following used items on competitive bidding and on AS-IS basis.
Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids

a) Prospective
bidders are allowed to quote for one or both lots and can inspect
the items Monday-Thursday from 2:30 P.M. up to 4:30 P.M. at the ECA compound
from 30th June to 10th July 2008.
b) Bid
documents can be collected from Old ECA building 6th
Floor, Room No. 624 after payment of non-refundable Birr 100 to UNDP
Finance.
c)
The last day of submission of bids is
10th July 2008 at 4:00P.M.
local time. Bid documents
need to be submitted together with bid bond of;
Birr 1000
in CPO for Vehicle and/or
Birr 500 in CPO/Cash for
Photo Copiers, which will later be returned for unsuccessful
bidders.
d) Bid
winners are required to pay the full amount of the winning price and
collect the items within 10 days after they are notified.
e) Bid
winners are responsible to settle any government duties as may be
applicable.
f) UNDP
reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
