The Ethiopian
Railways Corporation is newly established by the Council of
Ministers Regulation Number 14/2007 and has become operational.
1.
The Corporation would like to purchase:
Office Furnitures,
Office Equipments (Electronic Equipments) &
Stationeries & other supplies
2. The
Corporation invites all eligible bidders who are capable to supply
the above mentioned items for the Corporation at its Head Office in
Addis Ababa.
3. Bid
document can be purchased by interested bidders upon presentation of
renewed license and registration certificate issued by the relevant
Authority, evidence of VAT registration and tax clearance
certificate form The Federal Inland Revenue Authority and suppliers
registration certificate from The Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development together with a written application to Ethiopian
Railways Station, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50
(Fifty).
4. Bids
must be delivered to the Corporation Head Office on or before 17th
of June 2008 at 2:00 P.M. and must be accompanied by a bid security
of 2% on the bid price in CPO.
5. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
at 3:00 P.M. on the 17th of June 2008 at Ethiopian
Railways Corporation Head Office.
