3. Interested
Bidders or their agent must have valid business license VAT
registration certificate and Taxpayer registration number.
4. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interest
bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00.
5. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount.
The bid security should be furnished.
6. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to A. A. Housing
Development Project Office Room No. 621 on or before June 16, 2008
at 4:00 P.M. and in the bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives on June 17,
2008 at 10:00 A.M.
7. The
Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office reserves the right to
reject any or al bids. |
