The Ethiopian
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing SH.CO. “EPHARM” invites interested
bidders to submit their scaled bids for “the supply of Consultancy
Service on the Development and Implementation of ISO 9001:2000
Quality Management System.”
1. Interested
eligible bidders can collect tender documents from the Company
Purchasing Division against non-refundable cash payment of Birr
30.00 during office hours.
2. A
bid bond of 2% is required to qualify for the tender. Wax-sealed
envelope marked “Bid for Tender No. Epharm 03/07” should be
deposited in the tender box at Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals
Manufacturing SH.CO. or should arrive through mail before July 2,
2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
3. Bid
will be closed on July 2, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. local time and will
be opened on July 2, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
4. EPHARM
reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annual the
bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of
contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected
bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or
their of the ground of the company’s action.
