Tigrai Bureau of
Capacity building invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of 120 Printers & 320 UPS.
1. Interested
Bidders with license valid for the year 2000 E.C. from the Ministry
of Finance and Economic Development and or from Regional Bureau of
Finance and Economic Development, VAT and Tax payment registration
certificate.
2. The
Bid document should be submitted or delivered in person or postal
service Tigrai Regional Government Bureau, Room No. 0.27 P.O. Box
237.
3. Bid
will be closed on the thirtieth (30th) calendar days from
the day of announcement at 12:00 A.M. and opened on the next day in
the presence registered bidders or their legal representatives at
3:00 P.M. at Tigrai Regional Government office Department Finance
and Property administration (if holiday or weekend day, it will be
the next working day).
4. Bidders
can buy tender documents upon non-refundable payment of Birr 50.
5. All
Bid documents must be accompanied by Bid security of Birr 15,000
C.P.O. or Bank guarantee along with their offer.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
