Ethiopian
Millers’ Association invites sealed bids from eligible and complete
bidders to procure Bread wheat and Pasta wheat with financial source
allocated by members of the association.
1. Bidders
should produce original and copies of renewed trade license for the
year 2000 E.C. Registration certificate from Federal Ministry of
Finance, Tax Payer Identification Certificate and VAT registration
Certificate.
2. Bidders
should collect tender document from the Ethiopian Millers’
Association upon non-refundable payment of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred)
or equivalent amount of foreign currency for each tender document
during office hours.
3. Bids
shall be accompanied with a bid amounting to 2% of the bid price in
the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for 30 days.
4. The
financial and technical proposals (original and copies) should be
submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked “Technical
Proposals” and “Financial proposals” respectively. All documents
should be singed and sealed.
5. Bids
shall be collected as of today (published date of this news paper)
submitted to the Ethiopian Millers’ Association on or before June
16/2008 until 10:00 A.M.
6. The
technical proposal should be opened on the same date at 10:30 A.M.
and only those who pass the technical evaluation the financial
proposals with be opened thereof.
7. The
Ethiopian Millers’ Association reserves the right to reject any or
all of the bids.
