The Supply & Delivery of
Refrigerators & Cooking Staves
1. The
Haramaya University has fund within the Procuring Entity’s budget to
be used for the Supply & Delivery of refrigerators & cooking stoves.
2. The
Haramaya University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
the Supply & Delivery of refrigerators & cooking stoves.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders form eligible source counties.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Haramaya
University Purchasing and Sales Department office and inspect the
bidding documents at the addresses given below.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the addresses below at 7 or 8 and upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) in
cash. The document will be delivered from the addresses given below.
No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 or 8 or before 4:00 P.M.
on June 25, 2008. All bids must be accompanied by a bid shall be
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’
representatives who choose to attend on the addresses below at 7 or
8 at 4:00 P.M. June 25, 2008.
