RE-INVITATION FOR BIDS
The WATER
WORKS CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for supply of:
Workshop equipment & tools for engine repair
Mechanical Tools
Earth moving workshop tools
Electric workshop tools
1. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Procurement Service of WWCE
Headquarter located in Guard Shola or near Ararat Hotel, during the
normal working hours.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders or their local representatives upon presentation of copies
of renewed trade license, VAT & tax payer’s registration
certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00
including VAT.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O. or certified
check.
4. Bids
must be delivered in person to WWCE in wax-sealed envelope
with a statement “NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE June 17/2008”
marked on the envelope.
Bids will be closed on June
16/2008 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be opened at 9:30 A.M. local time on June
17/2008 at Conference Hall of WWCE.
5. The
WWCE reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
