The
Commission of the African Union invites all interested,
experienced and Licensed General Cleaning and Janitorial Services
Companies to submit Proposals for the Supply of Cleaning and
Janitorial Services in and around its newly leased buildings
i.e. Building B & B and Zelalem Desta Buildings.
1. Bidding
documents may be collected from the Africa Commission Offices,
Procurement and Travel Unit, Building C,Rm333 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.
2. Wax-sealed
bids shall be addressed and delivered to the Director,
Administration and Human Resource Development, Rm 324, Building C
not later than 28th March 2008 at 5:00 P.M. Local time.
3. The
Commission of the African Union reserves the right to reject any or
all bids for any reason whatsoever.
