SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS
1. This
invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this
project that appeared in development business, issue no. 679 of 16
May 2006.
2. The
Federal government of Ethiopia has received a credit
from the International Development Association toward the cost of
Electricity access (rural) expansion project I, and it intends to
apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the
Contract for procurement of Computers and printers EAEP 2/2000.
3. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) now invites all
interested and eligible bidders for the following contract:

Bidders may be
bid for one or more lots. Bid evaluation and contract award will be
made on lot by lot bases taking into account cross offered discount
for combined lots of any.

4. The
bid document shall be available from March 06, 2008 onwards against
payment of non-refundable fee of EHT Birr 100.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid price,
and must be delivered to the address above at or before 11:00 A.M. on April 07, 2008.
6. Bids
will be opened on April 07, 2008 at 14:30 P.M. in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to
attend at Dembel City Center
office No. 1112C, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
