1. The
Office of Debre Elias Woreda Administration, East Gojjam Zone,
invites all eligible bidders to submit bid offer for the DTAILD
ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TENDER DOCUMENT PREPARATION for Jedev river
bridge, located in Debre Elias Woreda.
2. Interested
bidders with valid license for the current Ethiopia fiscal year can
obtain a complete set of bidding document from the Office of Debre
Elias Woreda Administration, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 50.00.
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate of Value Added Tax (VAT)
registration and Taxpayer Identification Number /TIN/.
4. Duplicate
copies of Bid offer with separate Technical Qualification
Document and Financial Proposal Document in wax-sealed
envelopes, labeled as Original and Copy shall be
placed in the bid box along with a bid security in an acceptable
form amounting to not less than 1% of bid offer on or before the
closing date April 2, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at the Office of the Woreda
Administration.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 3:30 P.M.
in the premises of the Office of the Woreda Administration.
6. The
Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
