Transport Share Company invites all eligible bidders who have
renewed their license for the current budget year, VAT
registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic development to participate in the bid sign,
developed and installs the Management Information System (MIS) main
office in Nazareth and liaison offices in Addis Ababa and Djibouti.
BTSC intends to choose a firm that meets these requirements and
satisfies the need of company.
1. Interested
Bidders may collect the bid document starting from announcement date
from Bekelcaha Transport Share Company (BTSC) head office, General
Service Division Office, Nazareth of from Addis Ababa coordinating
office in front of KADISCO building, Debre Zeit Road, up to payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00.
2. The
Bidders Sealed envelopes containing and original and a copy of
financial and technical proposals documents should be delivered to
the BTSC, Addis Ababa coordinating office, on or before April 8,
2008 up to 3:30 A.M. & will be opened on the same date and time 4:00
A.M. at Addis Ababa Coordinating office. Late bids will be rejected.
3. Bidders
should submit a bid security of Birr 2% of the total amount they
offer in the form of CPO along with their offer.
4. The
Bid document shall be submitted as follows:-

The original and a copy of the financial proposal shall be
sealed in separate Envelopes and marked “Original Financial
Proposal” and “Copy of Financial Document” respectively.
4.2
The bid security will be sealed in separate envelope marked
bid security.
5.
Technical envelopes of bidders shall be opened in the
presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to
attend at the TSC, Addis Ababa coordinating office.
6. Financial
proposal envelopes of bidder who pass the technical criteria shall
be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
further evaluation of Technical is completed.
