Invitation to bid for Design
Consultant
Dire Dawa
Housing Development Project Office (DDHDPO) needs competitive
consultants for preparation of Local development plan & neighborhood
design preparation for Industry mender site.
Instruction
to bidders:
1. Renewed
license valid for the year 2000 E.C. registration of Ministry of
Works and Urban Development, VAT registration certificate and tax
payer certificate should be attached.
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the total
bid.
3. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the
HDPO up to payment of 50 Birr (Fifty Birr).
4. All
bids must be deposit in the tender box prepared for this purpose
within 7 consecutive working days until 4:00 P.M. after the
announcement of this invitation.
5. Bids
shall be opened on the 8th working day at 10:00 A.M. in
the presence of bidders or their representatives at DDHDPO. Dire
Dawa Housing Development Project Office reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.
