Dire Dawa
Technical & Vocational College invites all interested and eligible
bidders for consultancy of T. V. College expansion buildings. To all
consultants category III with valid license and registration for the
fiscal year.
1. The
Dire Dawa Technical & Vocational
College has budgets for the construction of Dire Dawa Technical College expansion
Project
2. All
Consultants are required to submit VAT Registration certificate,
proof of their up to date registration certificate from Ministry of
Works & Urban Development and Trade Bureau at the place of
registration category IV.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased starting form 1st
day announcement by any interested eligible bidder on the submission
of a written application to the office of:

And upon,
payment of non-refundable of Birr 400.00 for a set of document.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by a bid security of Birr 10,000.00 and shall be
delivered to Dire Dawa T. V. College 1 on the 30th
day on or before 10:00 A.M. from the 1st issuance date of
the bid on The Ethiopian Herald news paper.
5. The
bid security at the bidder’s option, be in the form of cash, or CPO.
The format of the bid security should be in accordance with the form
of bid security include in section 4. Bidding forms or another form
acceptable to the employer bid security shall be valid for 30 days
beyond the validity of the bid.
6. Technical
Document and bid bond will
be opened in the presence of those bidder’s or their legal
representatives on the same day 10:30 P.M. in the HALL of Dire Dawa
I.C.W.A. Bidders are instructed to submit one “Original”.
Two “Photocopies” of Technical and Financial Document of
their bid documents.
7. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill sign
and seal all the forms of the bid documents.
All Bids must include Value Added Tax
(VAT) on the summary of the bid price. |
